Registration entitles them to attend the Friday fabricator sessions only, and includes lunch and morning & afternoon tea. Note – all full conference delegates may also attend the Friday fabricator sessions, or may choose from the other sessions in the full Friday program. Registration - $199.00 Students Full Student Registration (does not include dinner) - $195.00 Reciprocal Members We are pleased to offer members of the following organisations CA membership rates for registrations. Please specify on the registration the organisation of which you are a member. TTNA (Technical Textiles and Nonwoven Association), CANZ, ACMA, ACSS Cancellation and Refunds Cancellations must be notified to the Conference office in writing by 23rd February 2009 to receive a full refund. Cancellations after this date will be based on conference supplier cancellation policies. However delegates may transfer their registration to another person within the same category. Dress Code Please note that dress standard for the Conference will be casual. However be aware of footwear when visiting the demonstration areas. Name Badges All delegates will receive a name badge at the registration desk. This badge is the official pass and must be worn at all times to gain entry to conference sessions and social events. Insurance Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The organising committee and the conference office accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard. |
