Welcome to the Exhibitor Information Page for the Composites Australia/Composites CRC Trade Show 2009. The information on this page is designed to assist exhibitors with their participation. The Composites Australia Trade Show will coincide with the annual Conference for both Thursday 12th March 2009 and Friday 13th March 2009 from 8.30 am through to 5.00 pm. Booth Details Each standard single booth is 2 x 3 metres and includes: walls - 2.4m high velcro compatible front runner covered walls in blue; fascia - aluminium frame with standard red fascia board; signage - company names will be installed over each open aisle fascia; lettering will be computer cut vinyl; each sign will be a maximum of 30 characters including spaces; lighting - 2 x 150-watt track mounted spotlights per stand (regardless of size); power - 1 x 4 amp power point per stand (regardless of size) located in rear corner of stand (unless otherwise specified); Double booths are available - 6 metres wide and 2 metres deep. Corner booths carry two name-boards. The following Booth Packages are also available and include publicity and Sponsor's Single Booth Plus Package - A$3,360.00 (Non-Members: $3,960.00) Sponsor's Double Booth Plus Package - A$4,720.00 (Non-Members: $5,320.00) As an exhibitor, you are entitled to two complimentary Exhibitor Day Passes for booth staff (remember to count yourself if applicable). The Exhibitor Day Pass covers booth staff for lunch, morning and afternoon teas, but does not include access to the conference sessions or the conference dinner on Thursday evening. Dinner registration may be purchased separately. Alternately, booth staff may register as full conference delegates, if they wish to attend conference sessions. The Exhibitor Day Passes will be forwarded to you on receipt of full registration/payment for your booth. Demonstrations Demonstration areas will be designated in the Trade Show area throughout the exhibition. Please note that the specified demonstration areas are the only places where demonstrations can take place. Applications for demonstrations are limited to members of Composites Australia Exhibition Booth Requirements Form An Exhibition Booth Requirements Form will be available on the conference website soon and should be completed by all Exhibitors. Exhibitor Move In / Move Out Move In: Starts on Wednesday 11th March 2009 – time to be confirmed. Exhibitors must be setup by 8.30am on Thursday 12th March 2009. Move Out: Starts at 17.00 hrs on Friday 13th March 2008. Exhibitors must remove all materials from the venue on 13 March. Exhibition Deliveries Deliveries will be accepted at Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove from Wednesday 11th March. A delivery form will be provided. Storage The venue is unable to hold exhibitor stock after the exhibition. Please arrange stock to be taken offsite at the exhibition close.
